COMMERCIAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE & CONSTRUCTION

We are a Class A independent, bonded full-service commercial building services, construction, and maintenance company.

In 1994, Meckley Services, Inc. was founded by Kenneth A. Meckley as a full-service company to meet the building repair and maintenance needs of commercial facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region. Offering direct support to property managers and becoming a partner in providing general services became the foundation of the business. The success was resounding, creating a premier service company in Northern Virginia and Richmond.

In 2008, Meckley embarked on a mission to add a formative Construction Division to its impressive service portfolio. The success of this division solidified Meckley as a top-tier service and general contractor, providing for the needs of premier clients in the Mid-Atlantic.

Our increased talent and capabilities produced opportunities for expansion beyond our original office, adding branches in Baltimore, Virginia Beach, Winchester, and our latest office in Charlotte, NC, with plans for future growth.

Our success is based upon a devotion to providing the best service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. We achieve this through an experienced and responsive team of professionals with a “Commitment to Excellence” towards one common goal: a satisfied and valued client. It is this motivation that allows Meckley Services to stay on the cutting edge, providing customers with the best possible services at the lowest possible cost.

MISSION

To have a client focused organization that places customer service, responsiveness, and quality over profit with the belief that these attributes will result in long term formative relationships.

VISION

Develop a diverse and collaborative team with a wide array of trade knowledge and leadership skills. Offer our team members the opportunity to grow, advance and foster the next generation of Meckley leaders.
