Job Description:

Project Manager
Our Project Managers must have a strong estimating background with fundamental knowledge of construction material cost and fundamental knowledge of Divisions: Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Roofing, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Plumbing, Electrical, and Basic Utilities/Excavation
We provide our customers a wide range of services from Plumbing and Electrical to General Carpentry repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Estimating and managing private commercial interior and exterior renovation work.
- Management of electrical, plumbing, concrete, and finishes projects ranging from a few days to a few weeks.
- Client and Sub-Contractor coordination
- Contract administration
- Sub and Owner invoice management
- Permitting tracking and closeout management
- Change Order Logs and Sub-contract Change Order tracking
- RFI and submitting and tracking – Job Cost Reporting – Project Close-Out
- Prepare cost estimates based on information collected by others
- Fill In for GM when GM is not in office and you are
- Prepare estimates with average value of $1000+
- Assist techs, admin, dispatch with estimates $1000-
Qualifications:
- Small Renovation and quick job turnaround experience

Commercial Plumber
Our Commercial Plumbers drive a company vehicle to and from customer sites to install, service and repair fittings, fixtures of water and drainage systems according to the specifications and plumbing codes.
The perfect candidate for this position will be an individual who is a self-starter who has pride in their work, the ability to work independently, provide maintenance, repair and remodel services to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Service Requests (service calls)
- Diagnose and repair all plumbing equipment
- Outstanding ability to estimate materials, labor and equipment costs
- Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated with customer
- Maintain current vehicle inventory, cleanliness and maintenance
- Perform manual tasks such as: bending, reaching, standing, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., or maneuvering heavier items with additional manpower or appropriate devices
Qualifications:

Service Helper
Our Service Helper assist our technicians at the customer sites to install and repair commercial service request.
The perfect candidate for this position will be an individual who has prior construction industry experience, self-starter who has pride in their work, the ability to work independently, provide maintenance, repair and remodel services to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work Side by side with our technicians and tradesmen’s
- Basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical
- Must be capable of taking direction and completing tasks as requested
- Assist with laying out work, cleaning up work areas, and making sure tradesmen’s are stocked with materials needed.

Dispatcher
Our dispatcher’s primary responsibility is to coordinate and dispatch service techs to perform various types of work order job tasks for its clients region. We are only looking for experienced people capable of performing well under pressure and maintaining a professional attitude under a multitude of working conditions. In addition the ideal candidate must have dispatching experience in all basic trades, electrical, general carpentry, and plumbing.
Responsibilities:
- Receive work orders in Service Management
- Update notes for work orders in the system for tracking purposes
- Schedule technicians, subcontractors and coordinate all related service and contract calls.
- Records traveling, arrival and departure time of all Technicians’ with in the company’s data base.
- Check in and out all scheduled calls. Input technician notes for each call in real time.
- Receive and verify Technicians and Subcontractors paper work for accuracy and process.
- Able to maintain detailed information and records of each related call with in a database.
- Update and maintain a labor file for billing.
- Create a summary price out sheet for all service calls.
- Maintain a weekly open report for management.
- Issue purchase orders. Input purchase order log into system on a daily basis.
- Verify time sheets against work orders and D-Board system.
- Maintain service and contract files.
- Be able to communicate efficiently with technicians
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and computer skills.

Administrative Assistant
Our Administrative Assistant assist with handling phones, daily administrative duties and provide customer service. The perfect candidate for this position will be an individual who is a self-starter who has pride in their work, provide excellent customer service and assist with daily office duties.
Responsibilities:
- Handle heavy call volume to assist with customer needs and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Uploading and Filing created invoices and work orders
- Book work orders as needed
- Scanning/Uploading invoices to clients
- Answer multi-line phones in a professional manner and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff
- Greet clients/guests and handle their immediate needs
- Filing, scanning, copying and prepare mailings
- Maintains office inventory, including but not limited to: office supplies and mailing supplies
- Maintain vehicle fleet record book – registrations, inspections, maintenance

Account Representative
Account Representatives will work at the corporate office to answer incoming calls that need to be redirected to the correct department or branch, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. They are the face of our company to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Book work orders and follow through to ensure timely completion
- Billing and maintaining correct customer data
- Scanning/Uploading Invoices to clients
- Prepare bid/quotes with information provided by Project Managers
- Submit bid/quotes to clients
- Be willing to jump in and always help where needed!

Accounts Receivable
The A/R – Billing Specialist will be responsible for daily AR/Cash application activities. Provide support to Project Managers with administration responsibilities including but not limited to communication with customers to attain required information for services, billing, audits, bid proposals, and weekly & monthly department reports.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entering and maintaining complete AIA and Special Billings
- Record and Post all payments to Accounts Receivable in a timely accurate manner
- Run weekly aging reports to analyze delinquent accounts, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Prepare monthly report on highest risk accounts including recommendations for resolution.
- Handle collection activities to maximize cash receipts
- Responsible for entering and maintaining complete billing submittal packages
- Maintain project records to ensure compliance with company policies and retention schedules
- Create and forward lien waiver
- Assist with other company functions as needed – ex. AP/Filing/etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Sage Timberline software strongly preferred
- Industry experience with construction billing that includes knowledge of AIA documents, waivers of liens and progress billing a must
- One year construction administration; OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved, required.
- Excellent attention to detail is required
- Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
- Must possess good time management skills
- Must have good skills using Microsoft Office products with proficient skills with Microsoft Excel for financial purposes.
