Contract & Facility Services
Many organizations cannot afford the expense of a full time fully dedicated maintenance team to service their commercial building facilities. Meckley Services Contract Services Division is an “As Needed” service model that provides appropriate technicians; such as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry Services for a specific numbers of hours each week.
Meckley’s Four Service Delivery Models:
Long-Term Part-Time:
This is the most common service request option selected by our clients. Typically used for services similar to a building mechanic. The contract is normally for a minimum of one year and the technician works for between 10-30 hours per week as required.
Long-Term Full-Time:
Exactly like part-time service with the exception that the technician works 40 hours or more per week as required.
Short-Term Part-Time:
Usually for 1-3 months a specific amount of hours are allotted each week.
Short-Term Full-Time:
An experienced technician is provided full time for a temporary amount of time. Similar to a temporary Staffing agency in that Meckley Services provides short-term engineering services while you recruit for a full-time employee.
